Haruko

Haruko, a London based digital finance solutions provider had outgrown their website and were looking to overhaul their digital presence. As a tool for professionals and users with experience the tone had to be serious and informative. However, we also recognised the techy/fast-moving nature of the sector and therefore were keen to make sure Haruko would feel modern and up to date sitting alongside similar companies. With an initial brand including logo and colour scheme already in place, the client was keen to retain the existing brand recognition. Sensitive to these requests, we made updates that moved that brand forward such as the development of the 3d shape icon into a series of hexagonal patterns and animated background elements. The visual narrative formed around these hexagonal patterns; connecting institutional investors with digital services. This concept also presented as an opportunity to add motion into the site with a series of trailing lights that ran along the lines of the shapes.
